Dr. Carlos Alberto Mestriner
CTO
Carlos Alberto Mestriner holds a PhD in Genetics and Evolution, completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Molecular Biology, and has over 25 years of experience in research and development within the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and medical devices fields. He is an accomplished R&D leader with extensive expertise in immunoassay development, molecular biology and rapid diagnostic tests. He also holds a Master degree in Manufacturing Engineering with a strong focus on lean production and logistics, bringing critical expertise to GaDia in scaling up production and optimizing manufacturing processes.
